CEU APPROVAL PROCESS

Follow these steps:

  1. Download the form below and email it to info.naswnm@socialworkers.org with any required supporting documentation (as indicated by the form instructions).
  2. We will audit your application for content and fees. We will contact you if any adjustments are needed. 
  3. Choose one of our social media marketing options if you would like NASW-NM to advertise your event.
  4. Click the button below to pay the required fees or provide a purchase order (if applicable) with your application. Checks are to be mailed to the PO box listed in the application instructions.
  5. Upon receipt of payment (and a careful review of the application), we will provide a letter of approval good for one year from the date of the training.
  6. Please remit payments to the following address:
